Find the constraint before buying another fix.

A Systems Review is Generaite's diagnostic conversation for finding where growth is losing leverage: visibility, website conversion, CRM, follow-up, automation, reporting, or the operating model underneath all of it.

What to know

A Systems Review identifies the highest-leverage system constraint before a business invests in another campaign, website, CRM, automation, or AI tool. The goal is to decide what should be fixed first, what can wait, and what kind of engagement would create real movement.

01  /  Fit

Who should book a Systems Review?

SIGNAL 01

Growth feels harder than it should.

You have leads, traffic, tools, or a team, but movement is inconsistent and leadership cannot see where the system is breaking.

SIGNAL 02

The stack is fragmented.

Website, forms, CRM, ads, search visibility, follow-up, and reporting live in separate places with manual handoffs between them.

SIGNAL 03

You need sequence.

You know something needs to change, but the wrong first move could waste budget. The review clarifies what comes first.

02  /  What you get

What the review process produces.

The first call starts the diagnosis. If there is fit and approval to move forward, the deeper review produces the findings below.

Outcome 01

Constraint analysis

The deeper review identifies the system constraint limiting growth across visibility, website conversion, CRM, follow-up, automation, reporting, operations, or sequence.

Outcome 02

Priority sequence

The review clarifies what should be fixed first, what can wait, and what would waste budget if handled too early.

Outcome 03

System map

We connect the pieces: how search, website, forms, calls, CRM, follow-up, dashboards, and team handoffs currently work or fail to work together.

Outcome 04

Recommended layer

The review points to the right starting layer: Foundation, Search Visibility, Websites, CRM & Operations, Automation & AI, or Custom Builds.

Outcome 05

Next-step path

The final recommendation clarifies the right engagement direction: one-time fix, monthly visibility system, CRM setup, website build, automation, or custom system.

03  /  Scope

What does a Systems Review evaluate?

FOUNDATION

Operating model

Offer clarity, workflow logic, ownership, handoffs, pipeline shape, and the sequence of the next build.

VISIBILITY

Search and market presence

SEO, Local SEO, AI search visibility, service architecture, content structure, Google Business Profile, and proof.

CONVERSION

Website and intake

Service pages, landing pages, forms, calls, booking flow, trust signals, and whether demand has a clear path forward.

OPERATIONS

CRM and follow-up

Lead capture, pipeline stages, notifications, missed-call response, nurture, sales handoffs, and reporting.

LEVERAGE

Automation and AI

Where automation can reduce manual load, where practical AI belongs, and where workflow must be fixed first.

CUSTOM

When standard tools stop fitting

Portals, dashboards, internal tools, custom applications, and operational systems that off-the-shelf software cannot support.

04  /  Next move

The review points to the right layer.

Foundation

If workflow, ownership, and sequencing are unclear, the next move is diagnostic design before tools.

See Foundation
Search Visibility

If the business is not being found, understood, or cited, visibility needs to connect to conversion.

See Search Visibility
Websites

If the site does not capture and route demand, it needs to become intake infrastructure.

See Websites
CRM & Operations

If leads disappear after first contact, the pipeline, follow-up, and reporting system need configuration.

See CRM
Automation & AI

If manual work is slowing decisions, automation can create leverage after the workflow is defined.

05  /  FAQ
What is a Systems Review?

A Systems Review is a diagnostic conversation that looks at how a business gets found, captures demand, follows up, moves opportunities, reports performance, and uses tools. It is designed to identify the highest-leverage constraint.

Is this just a sales call?

No. It is a fit and diagnostic call. If Generaite is not the right fit, the review should still make the next move clearer. If there is a fit, we will explain which layer should come first and why.

What should I bring?

Bring the current problem as plainly as possible: where leads come from, where they get lost, what tools you use, what your team struggles with, and what you have already tried.

What happens after the review?

The next step depends on the constraint. It may be Foundation, Search Visibility, a website rebuild, CRM configuration, automation, or a custom system. The point is not to sell every layer. The point is to sequence the right one.
