Generaite ("Generaite," "we," "us," or "our") is a systems-first business modernization company based in Los Angeles, California, serving clients across the United States. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website at generaitedigital.com or engage us for services.
02What we collect
We only collect information that helps us serve you or operate the business.
Information you give us directly
- Contact details. Name, business name, email, phone number, and anything else you enter in a form, during a call, or via email.
- Booking information. When you book a systems review, the booking platform collects your name, email, time zone, and any notes you include.
- Project information. During engagements, we receive information about your business, operations, customer data, accounts, and credentials needed to deliver the work.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data. Pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies. Small files stored in your browser that let us remember preferences and measure site performance.
03How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
- To deliver the services you hired us to perform.
- To send relevant communications about your engagement or the business.
- To improve the website, marketing, and the services we offer.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising purposes.
04Who has access
Information is accessed by Generaite and, where necessary, by service providers who help us deliver the business. Current providers include:
- GoHighLevel. CRM, booking, email, phone, and automation infrastructure.
- Netlify. Website hosting.
- Google. Email, analytics, and workspace tools.
- Trusted development partners. For specific implementation work, under confidentiality agreement.
We select providers with appropriate security practices. We do not authorize them to use your information for any purpose other than supporting our service to you.
05How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as it is useful or required.
- Active client information. For the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period for follow-up and records.
- Prospect inquiries. For up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete earlier.
- Financial records. As required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
- Website analytics. Aggregated and retained for up to 26 months.
06Your rights.
You can ask us to:
- Show you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your information, within the limits of our legal and business obligations.
- Stop sending you marketing communications.
To make a request, email hello@generaitedigital.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, typically under 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR. We honor those rights for all users regardless of location.
07Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies for functional and analytical purposes. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how the site works.
08Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and vendor vetting. No system is perfectly secure. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, email us immediately.
09Children
Generaite is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business or the law evolves. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients.
