All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the Generaite mark, layouts, and code, is the property of Generaite or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content. You may not copy, republish, or repurpose substantial portions without written permission.
Client work
Ownership of deliverables produced during consulting engagements is defined in the signed engagement agreement. Generally, clients own the operational systems, website content, and materials produced specifically for them upon full payment. Generaite retains ownership of its underlying methods, frameworks, and reusable components.
Your feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation. We will not publicly attribute feedback to you without permission.
06Third-party services
The website and our services rely on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, Netlify, Google, and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. Generaite is not responsible for the actions, availability, or content of third-party services.
07Booking calls
Scheduling a systems review through the booking widget on this site is not itself an agreement for paid services. It is a scheduled consultation. Paid engagements require a separate signed agreement.
We reserve the right to decline calls or engagements at our discretion.
08Disclaimers
